We are pleased to invite you to the 19th Strategic Energy Technology (SET) Plan conference that will take place on 4-5 November in Odense, Denmark (1h40 by train from Copenhagen airport) under the patronage of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the EU, in cooperation with the European Commission.

The European Commissioner for Energy, Dan Jørgensen and the Danish Minister for Energy, Lars Aagaard, will open the conference. This event will provide a platform for policy makers, research and industry stakeholders from the energy sector to connect and expand collaborations aimed at developing and demonstrating innovative cleantech energy solutions, while accelerating their deployment.

This year's theme, "Strategic energy technologies for a competitive, secure and sustainable Europe", highlights the need to reinforce the research and innovation landscape, in order to enhance competitiveness and sovereignty of clean energy technology value chains within the EU.
